SAUSAGE & SALAMI MAKING CLASSES
Bar Idda’s Sausage & Salami classes will be back in winter 2026.
Join owner Alfredo La Spina as he shares his family’s secret recipes.
Enjoy a leisurely Saturday beginning with coffee and cannoli and Freddy taking students through the entire sausage & salami making process.
The day ends with a sit down 3 course lunch where students get to enjoy the sausages made on the day.
Drinks to be purchased separately on the day.
We’ll be hosting several classes next year, make sure to follow website changes & social media for updates.
Time- 10:30am-2:30pm.
Class costs $175 per person.
*Please note classes will not run with less than 10 participants.
