Enjoy a leisurely Saturday beginning with coffee and cannoli and Freddy taking students through the entire sausage & salami making process.

The day ends with a sit down 4 course lunch where students get to enjoy the sausages made on the day, with jugs of Sicilian Spritzer and free-flowing casa bianco and rosso wines.

Non-alcoholic options will be available.

Date- Saturday 22nd of June

Time- 10:30am-2:30pm.

Class costs $200 per person.
